Every person living in Suffolk who has a significant sight and/or hearing loss will be entitled to a free Assessment of Need from Sensing Change. This assessment could lead to support from one of our Professional Social Work or Rehabilitation staff.

If you have needs outside of the service that we provide free of charge, we will work with you to discuss what help and support may be available for you.
